Cisco SBCS PBX

Telecorp Products is proud to announce that with the newly launched MCCS 3.0, Telecorp now supports the Cisco Smart Business Communication System (SBCS). The UC 500 Series features world class telephony features, but was missing the historical reporting and real time statistics necessary for today's call center managers - until now.

MCCS 3.0 is able to display real time agent and skillset/queue information from UC 520, UC 540 and UC 560 telephone platforms. In addition, we are now able to collect, store and archive historical data. MCCS 3.0 features a full custom reporting engine, allowing end users to create customized reports with almost no training. MCCS 3.0 is fully mobile and tablet friendly, allowing call center managers and supervisors to keep track of their call center, even when they are not in the office.

Sample real time display. Note we are blending data from 2 distinct PBX locations. We have a Nortel Meridian PBX in our headquarters, and a Cisco UC 560 (SBCS) unit in a branch location. MCCS allows supervisors to pull information from all of their telephone systems into one system.
