Telecorp Products Releases MCCS 3.0

Telecorp Products has finished the testing phase for a 3.0 milestone release. Many exciting changes are in store for the MCCS product, the flagship reporting and real time product for call and contact centers.

Version 3.0 adds a new telephone platform, Cisco SBCS. The SBCS platform is Cisco's low end offering, including the UC 520, 540 and 560 telephone systems designed for small businesses and branch offices. With the inclusion of the SBCS systems, Telecorp now offers a unified reporting and real time statistics platform that scales from the smallest Cisco installation all the way through a Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise system. Report on every system in your organization (Cisco, Avaya or Nortel), all in one central location.

In addition to the new platform support, Telecorp is offering a new report type, a "Day of Week" report, that offers hundreds of potential new reports across all of our telephone systems.

MCCS 3.0 will feature our new unified reporting engine. By unifying our report creation into one central piece, we generate reports faster and easier than ever, and adding new data fields and entire new telephone system support is easier than ever.

Finally, Telecorp has continued to add new data fields for our existing supported Telephone systems, including new fields available for Nortel Queue and Agent reports.

All existing Telecorp customers with a maintenance contract will be eligible for a free upgrade when MCCS 3.0 goes live. Please keep an eye on our website for our official announcement of availability of Telecorp Multiplatform Contact Center Suite 3.0.

Telecorp Products, Inc. Announced EOL for Data Buffer Products

Walled Lake, MI February 2012 - Telecorp Products, Inc. announces the End of Life for the Asentria DL 50 and DL 100 products. These products are used by our customers in Nortel Meridian environments for buffering historical data. While we will continue to support all customers on paid maintenance with these devices, we are recommending that customers planning new projects or upgrades to consider updating to the latest model. Email Threshold Alerts -- Alert staff members to potential critical situations. Email Threshold Alert can also identify the number of occurrences to each of the group/queue settings.

Message Waiting Notification -- Give your hospital’s ICU or Waiting Area a new communication tool.

Telecorp Products, Inc. Announces Web Based Evaluation Forms

Walled Lake, MI September 09 - Telecorp Products, Inc. announces the general availability of Web Based Evaluation Forms that is compatible with any recording solution. The evaluation forms allow greater flexibility for the contact center. The contact center manager can evaluate the call, the screen capture and any other pertinent information. Reports and graphs can be generated to trend the performance of the agent.

Telecorp Products, Inc. Announces Real-time Email Alerts

Walled Lake, MI October 09 - Telecorp Products, Inc. announces the release of Real-time Email Alerts for Telecorp’s real-time solutions. General availability will begin on November 1st. The Real-time Email Alerts will work with Wall Display Plus, Wall Display, CentrEE Suite and Multiplatform Call Center Suite (MCCS). Real-time Email Alerts will notify a manager who needs to know what is happening in the contact center on a real-time basis. The product will allow the manager to set thresholds on any field of real-time information.

Real-time Email Alerts can be set to email an alert to a single manager or a distribution list. The manager has the ability to set up one or many real-time fields based on the need of the contact center.
